Strasbourg – Cathédrale Notre Dame (3)

Beringen – Brugstraat
The city of Beringen, Belgium was liberated in September 1944. Here soldiers of the Welsh Guards are trying to hold the bridge. The bridge is no longer there. The driveway to the bridge is stil recognisable and the house in the background too. (see below)
